Natural Gas or Propane Supply Line Installation

(For Gas Range & Gas Dryer)

Standard Basic Installation- $100.00 (with purchase of Delivery and Basic Set up.) Technician will hook up the supplies that the customer already has. This means the customer has already purchased everything needed to hook up the appliance they are purchasing. (Gas Dryer must have a 3/8 inch shut off valve), (Gas Range must have ½ inch shut off valve and a 4-inch vent pipe (for proper ventilation)).

Non-Standard Installation-

needed before a price can be made.

Door Reversals

$80.00

If you let us know at the time of purchase, or before delivery (while still at the warehouse) there is no charge.

If the technician must come to your home to do the Door Reversal, then the charge is $80.00

If you have the appliance delivered and tell the delivery team that the door needs reversed, while they are there then you will be charged $80.00 due at the time the service is done.

Basic Water Line Installation

(For Ice Maker)

$85.00

This includes ONLY Labor.

This price does not include any materials.

Customer is responsible for the purchase of all parts and materials to get your specific refrigerator hooked up to Your specific Plumbing arrangement.

Basic Dishwasher Installation

$150.00

This includes ONLY Labor.

This price does not include any materials.

Customer is responsible for the purchase of all parts and materials to get your specific dishwasher hooked up to Your specific Plumbing arrangement.

We DO NOT do the initial installation of Dishwashers.

Over the Range

Microwave Installation

$85.00 if you have already had an Over the Range Microwave installed.

(This includes removal of the old microwave and installation of purchased microwave).

$150 for Completely New Installation of an over the range microwave.
