We warranty our Appliances for 30 days- For 30 days from the date of your appliance purchase, CR Appliance Warehouse will repair any functional defects. (Lights, cosmetics, clocks, icemakers, water lines, dispensers, and any system related to these parts are NOT INCLUDED), in this functional warranty. After 30 days from purchase the appliance(s) become "AS IS" and the warranty terminates. All appliances picked up must be brought back to the warehouse for service or a service fee of ($100.00) must be paid to service them at home.CR Appliance Warehouse is not responsible for any damage caused by appliance failure including, fire, flooding, personal injury, damage to personal or real property, such as the loss of food or clothing. The warranty DOES NOT INCLUDE misuse, abuse, improper transportation, installation, or operation of the appliance. Refrigerators CAN NOT BE LAID DOWN, In the event, it is found to have been laid down, the warranty will terminate immediately.
Delivery & Basic Installation-. We offer Delivery and Basic Installation for an additional fee. (The delivery fee is $75.00 within 20 miles of our business. If the mileage exceeds this, an additional $3.00 will be added for each additional mile.) The delivery fee must be paid by cash or with credit card before the delivery can be scheduled. This charge is non-refundable once the delivery process has started. This includes all our appliances, except the French Door Refrigerator, the 4 Door Refrigerator and the 5 Door Refrigerator or any larger refrigerator. The charge for these will be $125.00. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to ensure the home has the proper gas, electrical or water supply lines and shut-off valves required. It is also the homeowner’s responsibility to make sure all their information is accurate. If not, our delivery team will not be able to reach you to confirm the delivery. If we cannot get ahold of anyone, then our delivery team will not make the delivery. Our delivery team will call the customer prior to loading up to make sure someone is home. It is also the homeowner’s responsibility to make sure a responsible adult, 18 years or older, is present during delivery. Homeowners must also ensure a clear path from the street to the residence entrance (clear ice, snow, debris, etc.) and that the home has an accessible path (moving furniture, toys, pets, etc.). It is also the homeowner’s responsibility to make sure the correct dimensions are given, to ensure the appliance will fit through the doors where the appliance will be placed. Basic Installation includes delivery of product to residence / location, set in place, level, and connection of your appliance, the technician will access the appliance for functionality. The delivery does not include any additional parts or accessories. Basic hook up service does not include (hook up or removal of built-in cooktops, wall ovens, drop-in appliances, range hoods, air conditioners or the hook up of any gas lines). Commercial or built-in refrigerators cannot be installed, removed, or hauled away. Installation must comply with local codes. Not included in Basic Delivery and Additional charges will apply for, Door Reversals, Dishwasher installation, Ice Maker installation, Over the Range Microwave installations. Natural gas or propane supply line Installation.
Driveway Delivery- We now offer Driveway Delivery at a reduced fee of $30.00. This consists of our delivery team bringing the appliance from our warehouse to your driveway. We will get it as close to your home as we can. The Appliance(s) will not be taken up any steps. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to get the appliance from the drop off to where it will be placed. (The delivery fee is $30.00 within 20 miles of our business. If the mileage exceeds this, an additional $3.00 will be added for each additional mile.) The delivery fee must be paid by cash or with credit card before the drop off can be scheduled. This charge is non-refundable once the delivery process has started. This includes all our appliances, except the French Door Refrigerator, the 4 Door Refrigerator and the 5 Door Refrigerator or any larger refrigerator. These will be $65.00. The customer (you) does not have to be home for the Driveway Delivery. We will take a picture of where we left the appliance at your home. I you get the driveway delivery and need a service call to your Home during the warranty period, the charge will be $25.00. After the warranty period the charge is a full-service call fee of $100.00
PHONE ORDERS -Orders may be purchased over the phone and paid for by an invoice sent to the customer. In Order to send an Invoice, the company requires some information, a valid photo ID or Driver’s License, Customer’s full name, complete mailing address and physical address (if different). Home phone number, email address, cell phone number. Once all of these have been received, then at that time I can send you (customer) an invoice for the product. If you want delivery, that will be on the invoice, along with any accessories you may need to go with your appliance purchase. The INVOICE MUST BE PAID BEFORE I CAN SCHEDULE A DELIVERY DATE OR TIME. All these above procedures ensure my delivery team that the customer is accepting the appliance delivery. Someone will call before the delivery team begins loading the product up, to make sure someone over the age of eighteen is home. If there is no answer, then the delivery team will not proceed. Please read the Delivery and Basic Installation information. We have a 30-day warranty, which includes fixing or replacing the appliance. No Cash Refunds. *
