Phone Orders
Orders may be purchased over the phone and paid for by an invoice sent to the customer. In Order to send an Invoice, the company requires some information, a valid photo ID or Driver’s License, Customer’s full name, complete mailing address and physical address (if different). Home phone number, email address, cell phone number. Once all of these have been received, then at that time I can send you (customer) an invoice for the product. If you want delivery, that will be on the invoice, along with any accessories you may need to go with your appliance purchase. The INVOICE MUST BE PAID BEFORE I CAN SCHEDULE A DELIVERY DATE OR TIME. All these above procedures ensure my delivery team that the customer is accepting the appliance delivery. Someone will call before the delivery team begins loading the product up, to make sure someone over the age of eighteen is home. If there is no answer, then the delivery team will not proceed.
